Pure Laser is a brand that is fairly recognizable in Chicago, if for some unfortunate reasons. The brand name behind the Pure Med Spa chain of cosmetic clinics started off in March 2007 in Chicago, IL. It soon went on to gain an infamous reputation among customers due to their inability to follow through on the promises made and their indifferent services, not to mention their constantly changing staff.

Customers complained about the inefficient “professionals” that administered the treatment and even burnt a few on their back and face. Compensation was never paid up to the customers and stories of inconvenience and outright apathy were common among most customers.

It is now a subsidiary of the Brite Smile chain. With the change in top management came a feeling that the service on offer would improve.

The feedback we’re getting is to the contrary. Customers like the ambience and looks of the clinic and the laser hair removal treatment on offer. However they continue to feel that service while not outright negative or aggressive isn’t what it should be especially considering the prices charged for each hair removal session.

A customer wants to feel they’re getting their money’s worth which makes it easier to part with money especially in these difficult times. When service doesn’t match up to the price tag, it begins to chafe. They also find it uncomfortable to deal with the sales reps who are eager to sell and try every hair removal method possible to get customers to sign for packages, stating that prices are bound to go up and must be taken advantage of now.

The pros of this clinic include the free consultation service they provide for customers. The location of the clinic is also a pro making it easy and convenient for customers to visit and park. The hair removal clinic at Lincoln Park is also conveniently located.
